Ben Bateman
Ben Bateman joined the staff of Open Door Baptist Church in August 2023 as a part-time Pastoral Assistant and transitioned to full-time ministry in August 2024. Having grown up in a family devoted to serving the Lord, Ben has developed a heart for ministry and a passion for investing in the lives of others.
In addition to his responsibilities as Pastoral Assistant, Ben serves as the Director of Student Life at Lebanon Christian Academy, where he has the opportunity to mentor, encourage, and disciple students on a daily basis. He is currently pursuing a degree in Pastoral Ministries as he prepares for a lifetime of service to the Lord and His church.
Ben is committed to helping people grow in their relationship with Christ through biblical teaching, discipleship, and personal encouragement. Whether serving in the church, working with students, or assisting in various ministry opportunities, his desire is to point others to the truth of God's Word and encourage them to faithfully follow the Lord. Ben is grateful for the opportunity to serve alongside the staff and congregation of Open Door Baptist Church as they seek to glorify God and reach their community with the Gospel.
