Mr. and Mrs. Sam Beiler
Hello! My name is Sam Beiler, and I have the privilege of serving as a deacon and care group leader at Open Door Baptist Church. I have attended ODBC my entire life, and it has been a blessing to grow in my faith alongside this church family. My wife, Ruth, and I have been married for seven years, and the Lord has blessed us with two wonderful sons, Micah and Spurgeon.
One of the things I enjoy most about our care group is the opportunity to grow together through God's Word and encourage one another in our walk with Christ. Proverbs 27:17 reminds us that "iron sharpeneth iron," and that is exactly what happens when believers gather together in fellowship, prayer, and discipleship. As we learn from one another, serve alongside one another, and bear one another's burdens, God uses those relationships to shape us more into the image of Christ.
